Here's an interesting home based job coming from Teletech.
It looks like they have positions available in customer support for the insurance and banking industries.
The good news is that it's not insurance sales and you don't have to be licensed.
It's entry level work with the possibility of advancement.
However, just FYI, the banking position does require at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Although they are hiring throughout the U.S, unfortunately, they are not hiring in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MD, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, VT, WA, WI, Washington DC, Chicago IL or the Virgin Islands.
From the job leads page at Teletech, I see they are offering a couple of bilingual at-home positions as well in the same niches.
These are for fluent English/Spanish speakers.
Computer and headset.
Currently they only accept the following headsets:
You will receive calls constantly throughout your shift so be ready to be on the phone .. a lot.
There will be Team Leads available for you during your shifts in case you run into situations that you're not sure how to deal with.
Hey this is cool-
Minimum age requirement is 17 years of age, so get your
teen to apply also, this may be a prefect summer job for them.
You will need to be in a completely quiet environment, no barking dogs or background noise.
The application and assessments may take you about an hour to complete, so make sure to set aside the time needed to do it well.
You will need to pass a background and drug test.
Paid training, yeah!
Training may consist of several days to several weeks worth of training.
Work schedules may vary depending on the project to which you are assigned , but you will be asked to work at least 4-6 hours when you log on for a shift.
Here's the link to apply directly with the company.
Best of luck, guys!
