As a reservation sales specialist you would be responsible for taking inbound calls from potential customers interested in booking a reservation at one of the many Hilton-owned
hotels.

Provides service to HHonors members who may need assistance with their member account.
Diamond Desk representative:
Offers service to Hilton Corporation's most important customers.
Member Services representative:
Responsibilities include taking care of e-mail or back office inquiries from Hilton customers.
Guest assistance:
Offers guest services to all Hilton owned hotels worldwide.
Training
Hilton offers paid training on site at their training facilities in Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL.
You can expect to make $7.00 per hour during your training period.
Training is quite involved and the company is strict in regards to not accepting absences or tardies during the training period.
However, after the training period has been completed, you can expect to be making $9.00 per hour, plus any monthly bonuses available for your sales performance.
Schedule
Hilton at home allows their employees to build their own schedule between the hours of 6 pm- 12 am. It is required that you work weekends and some holidays.
A minimum of 20 hours per week are required with a maximum of 29 hours allowed.
Requirements
Requirements include:
A home PC that is preferably less than 5 years old
High speed internet such as Cable, DSL or Broadband
