Quarantine Routine

How has your quarantine routine been lately?

Thanks to
an amazing book that I've been reading lately,
I've been doing a lot of walking and exploring of my neighborhood.

Came across this hand painted little rock.

So cute, right?

So, according to a friend, there's this trend of amazingly creative people who hand paint rocks for people to find on walks.

If you happen to find a hidden rock, you are supposed to collect it, and pay it forward by hand painting another rock and leaving it for else someone to find.

I found this one while on a walk and it happens to have my favorite bird of all time on it- a Cardinal!.

What are the chances, right?.

My favorite quarantine routine right now is my morning walks, which I go on every day thanks to the most amazing book named: The Miracle Morning

Not only has it transformed my thinking, it has put me on a path to completely re-designing my morning routine to not only invest in myself, but to have time to enjoy the beautiful, crisp morning air and sunshine, and , sometimes even a sunrise or two!

Here's a picture from one of my morning walks below:

It's my absolute favorite time of the day! A time to breathe deep, relax and just enjoy the start of a beautiful day. (Hopefully! lol.)

I hope in this crazy time, you are able to take a deep breath as well and enjoy some time, just for you!
